POSCA white marker set, 8 tip sizes in one colour
Opaque white at every width, for highlights, contrast and drawing on dark surfaces.
Eight white POSCA markers, one in each of the eight tips, from the 0.7mm PC-1MR to the 15mm PC-17K and the PCF-350 brush. White is opaque, so it shows on dark paper, blackboards and painted wood instead of disappearing into them. Same water-based POSCA paint as the colours, matte and quick to dry.
Highlights come from the fine tips and blocked-out areas from the wide ones. The 8K and 17K do white lettering on glass and windows, where it wipes off until varnished, and all eight layer over dry colour in mixed media.

Yes. Each pen leaves the factory with its valve closed. Shake with the cap on until the mixing ball rattles, then press the tip straight down on scrap paper until colour appears — white, the metallics and the broad tips take the longest.
Caps on firmly, away from heat and direct sun. Brush tips are best stored flat so the paint stays evenly through the fibres; bullet and chisel pens can stand up. Cases and storage.
