A soft brush tip that goes from a 3mm hairline to a 10mm sweep with pressure alone.
The PCF-350 has a soft brush tip that uni's guide lists for calligraphy and colouring. Light pressure gives a fine line and full pressure a 10mm stroke, so one marker handles both lettering and fills. The tip is washable. Unlike the other POSCA tips, it should be stored flat. The paint is the same water-based POSCA formula, permanent on porous surfaces. This listing is one marker; choose from 10 colours in the drop-down.
Brush letterers get real thick-and-thin strokes without dipping a brush. Illustrators use it for expressive outlines and washes, softening the wet paint with a damp brush where they want a gradient.

A soft, flexible brush that ranges from about 3mm to 10mm depending on pressure. It is the POSCA for thick-to-thin strokes, brush lettering and painterly work where a bullet tip would look too even.
Both are brushes. The PCF-350 is the softer, more flexible one for flowing thick-to-thin strokes and lettering; the PC-5BR has a springier tip for more expressive, painterly marks.
Flat, with the cap on firmly and out of heat and direct sun, so the paint stays evenly through the fibres. Upright storage is fine for bullet and chisel pens but not for brushes. Cases and storage.
Yes, while the paint is still wet. Work two colours into each other on the surface, or soften an edge with a damp brush — water reactivates POSCA right up until it dries, after which it stops moving.
On porous surfaces such as paper, canvas, wood and stone it is permanent once dry. On glass, glazed ceramic or smooth plastic it wipes off until you fix it — spray a clear acrylic varnish in several light passes once the piece has dried for 24 hours.
