• Free delivery on orders over $149 (Australia-wide, standard road).
• Standard road — $22 for orders under $149.
• Priority satchel (under 5kg) — $35, for when it has to be there fast.
• International — from $100; see overseas & bulk orders.

Orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day from the nearest Australian warehouse holding stock. Typical delivery: 1–3 business days to metro east coast, 3–7 business days to WA, NT and regional areas. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Changed your mind? Return unopened, unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. Email admin@poscart.com.au with your order number to start a return.

Nothing leaves us broken on purpose, but couriers happen. If anything arrives damaged, dried out or not as described, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it — our call on which, your call on whether you want the replacement. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page.
