Blues, teals and sea greens in the fine tip, a cool palette for ocean and marine work.
The water tones wallet is eight PC-3M markers in blues, teals and sea greens. It gives cool-toned work a whole family of blues and greens, so waves, scales and reef shapes can be shaded rather than flat. The 0.9 to 1.3mm bullet tip draws a turtle shell pattern or a ripple line and fills small areas of water. A worn tip flips end for end, rinses clean and is replaced by a PCR3 nib. The paint is water-based, matte and opaque, and once dry the colours layer for depth.
Marine illustrators and beach-house decorators have their palette sorted. It suits sea turtle, fish and whale art on canvas and wood, cool gradients on feathers and mandalas, and ocean-themed craft.

It draws a 0.9–1.3mm line and is the everyday fine POSCA — enough control for illustration and small lettering, enough coverage to colour in. It is the favourite for journalling and rock painting.
The 3M draws a 0.9–1.3mm line and the 5M a 1.8–2.5mm line. The 3M is better for detail and small work; the 5M covers ground faster and comes in the most colours. Most people end up owning both.
Yes. The PC-3M nib is reversible — a bullet at one end and a chisel edge at the other — and it pulls out with tweezers when it wears. Replacement nibs cost a fraction of a new pen.
Wash and dry the rock first, because dust stops paint sticking. The 3M handles most rock painting, with a PC-1MR for faces and fine detail. Seal anything that will live outside in the garden.
Let it dry fully — 24 hours is safest — then spray a clear acrylic varnish in several light passes from about 30cm rather than one heavy coat, which can reactivate water-based paint and smear it. Always test on a scrap done in the same colours first.
