The army tones wallet gathers eight PC-3M markers in subdued greens, browns and sandy neutrals. It is the palette for camouflage, terrain and bush scenes, and for animals whose colouring is closer to khaki than to a crayon box. The 0.9 to 1.3mm tip keeps camouflage patches crisp and picks out fur and feather detail. Tips wash, reverse and take a PCR3 nib. The paint dries matte and opaque and is permanent on wood, card and fabric, so it holds on model bases and painted gear.
Model makers, wargamers and scenery builders have their base colours in one wallet. For wildlife artists working on koalas, kangaroos and bush birds, it has the dusty greens and browns that other sets leave out, and the muted range suits military-themed cards and signs.

It draws a 0.9–1.3mm line and is the everyday fine POSCA — enough control for illustration and small lettering, enough coverage to colour in. It is the favourite for journalling and rock painting.
The 3M draws a 0.9–1.3mm line and the 5M a 1.8–2.5mm line. The 3M is better for detail and small work; the 5M covers ground faster and comes in the most colours. Most people end up owning both.
Yes. The PC-3M nib is reversible — a bullet at one end and a chisel edge at the other — and it pulls out with tweezers when it wears. Replacement nibs cost a fraction of a new pen.
Wash and dry the rock first, because dust stops paint sticking. The 3M handles most rock painting, with a PC-1MR for faces and fine detail. Seal anything that will live outside in the garden.
Let it dry fully — 24 hours is safest — then spray a clear acrylic varnish in several light passes from about 30cm rather than one heavy coat, which can reactivate water-based paint and smear it. Always test on a scrap done in the same colours first.
