POSCA yellow marker set, 8 tip sizes in one colour
Opaque yellow in the eight main POSCA tips, so it reads on dark paper as well as white.
Eight yellow POSCA markers, one of each tip: PC-1MR, PC-1M, PC-3M, PC-5M, PCF-350, PC-7M, PC-8K and PC-17K. Yellow is where opacity matters most, and POSCA paint is rich in pigment, so a yellow line stays yellow on black card, brown kraft and painted wood instead of turning muddy. The fine tips manage stamens and lettering, the bullet tips fill petals and suns, and the 8mm and 15mm tips lay down blocks of colour. Tips wash out; the PC-3M and PC-5M reverse, and the bullet and chisel tips take replacement nibs.
It covers bright highlights on dark backgrounds, sunflower and daffodil studies, warning stripes on a sign and a yellow layer under other colours in mixed media. It suits anyone who keeps running out of the one yellow marker in a mixed wallet.

Yes. Each pen leaves the factory with its valve closed. Shake with the cap on until the mixing ball rattles, then press the tip straight down on scrap paper until colour appears — white, the metallics and the broad tips take the longest.
