This POSCA wallet holds four black markers in assorted bold tips. It is the set for the heavy end of a drawing: block lettering on a poster, a thick outline around a shape, a solid dark fill on a display board. The reusable wallet keeps the four together between jobs. The paint is the standard POSCA water-based pigment formula, matte and opaque, permanent on paper, card, wood and fabric and removable from glass until varnished.
It suits poster and sign work where the letters have to be read across a room, and display boards, banners and window promotions in a classroom or shop. For illustration it gives the bold black keyline that fine tips cannot lay down in one stroke.

Yes. Each pen leaves the factory with its valve closed. Shake with the cap on until the mixing ball rattles, then press the tip straight down on scrap paper until colour appears — white, the metallics and the broad tips take the longest.
