The MOP'R PCM-22 has a round foam rubber tip, a 3 to 19mm stroke and an ergonomic body. It is made for large-scale drawings and controlled drips, and works right side up or upside down. The tip is washable and reversible. The paint is the same water-based POSCA formula, permanent on porous surfaces such as wood, fabric, stone and canvas. This listing is one marker; choose from 8 colours in the drop-down.
Street artists and muralists use it for drip effects and wide strokes. Textile and canvas artists use it for loose, painterly marks. Because the paint is water-based and odourless it can be used indoors.

The PCM-22, a round mop tip that lays down anything from a 3mm mark to a 19mm sweep depending on how you hold it. It is the pen for washes, drips and bold, large-scale coverage.
No — it is built for loose coverage rather than neat edges. Pair it with a PC-3M or PC-1MR when the piece needs outlines and fine detail on top.
The mop tip holds enough paint to drip on purpose, and a wet brush turns fresh POSCA into a wash. A loaded tip plus a straw gives you the classic splatter burst. More in techniques.
Yes, there is a lot of tip to fill. Shake with the cap on about 20 times, then press the tip straight down on scrap paper until colour appears. If it floods, stand it tip-up with the cap off for a few minutes and dab the excess onto scrap.
Let it dry fully — 24 hours is safest — then spray a clear acrylic varnish in several light passes from about 30cm. One heavy wet coat can reactivate the paint and smear it, so test on a scrap first.
