Eight soft pastel shades in the fine PC-3M tip, for gentle colour with a controlled line.
This wallet holds eight POSCA PC-3M markers in soft pastel colours. The 0.9 to 1.3mm bullet tip is the fine end of the bullet range, narrow enough for lettering and outlines yet able to fill a small shape. Each tip can be pulled out and rinsed, turned around when one end wears, and replaced with a PCR3 nib. The paint is water-based, opaque and matte, so the pastels sit cleanly over paper, card, wood and fabric rather than sinking in.
It suits journallers, card makers and scrapbookers who want quieter colour than the classic wallet gives. The pastels also layer over darker POSCA once dry, which is useful for highlights on painted rocks and wooden shapes.

It draws a 0.9–1.3mm line and is the everyday fine POSCA — enough control for illustration and small lettering, enough coverage to colour in. It is the favourite for journalling and rock painting.
The 3M draws a 0.9–1.3mm line and the 5M a 1.8–2.5mm line. The 3M is better for detail and small work; the 5M covers ground faster and comes in the most colours. Most people end up owning both.
Yes. The PC-3M nib is reversible — a bullet at one end and a chisel edge at the other — and it pulls out with tweezers when it wears. Replacement nibs cost a fraction of a new pen.
Wash and dry the rock first, because dust stops paint sticking. The 3M handles most rock painting, with a PC-1MR for faces and fine detail. Seal anything that will live outside in the garden.
Let it dry fully — 24 hours is safest — then spray a clear acrylic varnish in several light passes from about 30cm rather than one heavy coat, which can reactivate water-based paint and smear it. Always test on a scrap done in the same colours first.
