This wallet gathers eight PC-3M markers chosen for Halloween projects. The 0.9 to 1.3mm bullet tip is fine enough for invitation lettering and the eyes on a ghost, and it fills a pumpkin on a card or a wooden shape without switching markers. Every tip is washable and reversible, with PCR3 nibs sold as replacements. The paint is water-based and opaque, so it shows on black card and dark paper, and it is permanent on paper, wood, stone and fabric. On glass and windows it wipes off after the party unless it is varnished.

It draws a 0.9–1.3mm line and is the everyday fine POSCA — enough control for illustration and small lettering, enough coverage to colour in. It is the favourite for journalling and rock painting.
The 3M draws a 0.9–1.3mm line and the 5M a 1.8–2.5mm line. The 3M is better for detail and small work; the 5M covers ground faster and comes in the most colours. Most people end up owning both.
Yes. The PC-3M nib is reversible — a bullet at one end and a chisel edge at the other — and it pulls out with tweezers when it wears. Replacement nibs cost a fraction of a new pen.
Wash and dry the rock first, because dust stops paint sticking. The 3M handles most rock painting, with a PC-1MR for faces and fine detail. Seal anything that will live outside in the garden.
Let it dry fully — 24 hours is safest — then spray a clear acrylic varnish in several light passes from about 30cm rather than one heavy coat, which can reactivate water-based paint and smear it. Always test on a scrap done in the same colours first.
