POSCA blue marker set, 8 tip sizes in one colour
One blue from a 0.7mm line to a 15mm band, with a brush tip in between.
Eight POSCA markers in blue, one of each of the eight main POSCA tips. The PC-1MR and PC-1M draw the finest lines, the PC-3M and PC-5M handle everyday outlines and fills, the PC-7M and PC-8K widen out, the PC-17K covers 15mm in a pass and the PCF-350 brush moves between 3 and 10mm with pressure. All eight carry the same water-based paint, so the blue does not shift between tips. Tips wash clean, and the PC-3M and PC-5M turn round when one end wears.
It suits work built around a single colour: a blue logo across a shop window, water and sky in a mural, lettering that has to match a printed brand blue. It is also a sensible way to try every tip size before committing to a full colour range.

Yes. Each pen leaves the factory with its valve closed. Shake with the cap on until the mixing ball rattles, then press the tip straight down on scrap paper until colour appears — white, the metallics and the broad tips take the longest.
Caps on firmly, away from heat and direct sun. Brush tips are best stored flat so the paint stays evenly through the fibres; bullet and chisel pens can stand up. Cases and storage.
