A brush-tipped POSCA for expressive, painterly marks — the springier of the two POSCA brush pens, so it snaps back and puts more bite into the stroke.
The PCF-350 is the softer 3–10mm brush for flowing thick-to-thin strokes and lettering. The PC-5BR has a springier tip for looser, more painterly marks. Compare the tips.
Flat, cap on firmly, away from heat and direct sun, so the paint stays evenly through the fibres. Bullet and chisel pens are happy standing up; brushes are not.
Yes, while the paint is wet. Work two colours into each other on the surface, or soften an edge with a damp brush — water reactivates POSCA right up until it dries.
POSCA paint is water-based, non-toxic and odourless with no solvent fumes, which is why art rooms use it indoors. Supervise as normal and keep the small caps away from toddlers. Safety Data Sheets are on our SDS page.
